I fell in love and contacted Helen about custom ordering 2 more skeins for a project. She was a dream to work with to get a proper color match and I am head over heels with me purchase. The 2 skeins are almost indistinguishable. I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend.

I welcome custom orders so if you see a colour you like but want it in a different base or have an inspirational photograph to work from just contact me.

Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, firstly send me a convo, you can return your items up to 14 days after you have received your order. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs and must obtain proof of postage.
Provided the yarn is in it's original condition a refund or replacement can be requested (minus original shipping costs). My yarns are hand dyed in small batches so an identical replacement will sometimes not be possible.
Please be aware that whilst I take great care to ensure correct colour reproduction computer monitors often show colours differently. I also try to describe my products fully please read the description and contact me if you have any questions.
I obtain proof of postage for all items sent out
Payment
I will accept payment by PayPal, credit/debit through Direct Checkout as well as Etsy gift cards; UK sterling cheque payments also welcomed from UK buyers - please remember that cheques will need to clear before goods are shipped.
Overseas customers are responsible for paying and taxes or customs charges.
Shipping
I ship by first class mail within 3-4 business days of payment, and items should arrive within 3-4 days of payment.
If you require guaranteed or quicker shipping please convo me and we can arrange it. Additional charges may be incurred.
Proof of delivery in the UK costs just £4-10.
Please note Orders over 900g will require different shipping rates, please convo me for rates.

Custom orders
Special orders will normally be ready to ship within 2-3 weeks, depending on the quantity ordered. In the case of special orders you will be kept up to date via convo.

Loss
Loss is very rare in my experience. I obtain proof of postage for all items sent and can not accept responsibility for failure to deliver, particularly in countries other than the UK as the postal system is out of my hands. If you wish to used tracked or signed for delivery methods to ensure delivery please convo me as these are often available for an additional charge.

Please make sure that you have ordered a sufficient quantity for your project as specially produced items cannot be accurately matched. Items produced to special order are not eligible for refund or exchange unless received damaged.
Privacy
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy. Information I Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewellery, for example), if you contact me directly.

• as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
• when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
• Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
• Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
• Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

• Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.

• Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
