I got the Branding Set and just love how everything looks. Sarah captured the colors and patterns I was wanting and she is such a patient person to work with. My Etsy Shop looks professional with the banner and logo and so do my business cards. I’m very pleased and would definitely recommend this shop. Give Sarah a try she will do an amazing job.

How Moonlux Studio came to be...
Hi my name is Sarah! A little backstory for me: I am only 22 years old... but don't let that sway you from ordering a custom logo from me. I have been using photoshop since I was 13/14 years old. I have a lot of experience using Photoshop, and creating many different things. I am not your normal logo designer. I love to make unique items mostly from scratch. I always start out with a new document when I am working. I do use fonts and images that I did not make myself but I do have all the commercial licenses to use. (meaning I have paid for the items and I DO NOT have to give credit to the original creator.. I now own these items) I do sometimes make certain images in the logos myself. I believe that every business deserves a unique one of a kind logo. Every logo I make is 100% unique, and will never be repeated. I work hard on the designs that I make. I do not slap text on top of an image and call it a day... I'm a perfectionist so the item you order will be perfected to my best ability.

If you're a fan of MoonluxStudio and the work we do please thank Jennifer. She is the reason that we decided to open this shop on Etsy in the first place. We were iffy about it at first but she's a good influencer. I thank her for talking us into opening and also for letting us help design her logos and shop graphics.

We actually enjoy what we do which is rare these days. Most logo designers take the easy way out and use templates that they have purchased from a graphic designer. This is what makes us different....we are the graphic designer. We love and support all small businesses, even those who already have a logo or didn't choose us to make their logo. Photoshop is a hobby, not our job and we love it! We also love the small business community and engaging and making friends with others.

Why you should pick a professional to design your logo and refrain from doing it yourself:
I am not writing this to get you to purchase anything from us. I am writing this to warn you of the dangers. Most logo designers are highly qualified individuals who also possess the licenses to every font or image they use. When you are starting a new business the logo is the one item you need to make you stand out from your competition. Please do not take the easy and "free" way out by making your own logo. Copyright laws and commercial use laws are a thing. If you do decide to design your own logo please be educated on these things and realize that if you use someone's artwork (images/fonts) without commercial permission you are risking your business in getting in trouble. It is more serious than people think. We happen to see things like this happening a lot, people using images they found off of google illegally. So please keep this warning in mind! We are hoping by posting this that we can start to make a change in the logo world.

Frequently asked questions
POLICY: 60 DAY NO CONTACT
All orders which 60 days have passed without communication from the client will be marked as "complete" regardless of the status of the order. We put a lot of time into our orders, please respect us by replying to our emails in a timely manner.
If you need additional time please let us know. Failure to do so shows us that you do not care about your order or the time we've wasted designing it. From here we will send you the finalized design based on your last revisions. If you do not want this design and would like to make more changes you will need to repay us for our work and our time. Thank you.
Orders are non-refundable once we've started your design
Please make sure you are purchasing a listing that you want. We do not give refunds once we have started designing your order.
Copyright Laws/Images/Fonts
Due to copyright laws, we cannot give out any single images used in your logo design. We have paid for the commercial licenses to use these images in your design. When you are paying us, you are paying for the rights to use the final image commercially. Anything that has to do with your business is considered commercial use.
FONTS: We cannot give out direct font files. We can, however, tell you what the font is called and supply you with websites for the font. Please be aware that most of our fonts are not free. You may have to purchase the font if you'd like to use it yourself. Purchasing the font gives you the right to commercial use.
OOAK - One of a kind designs
All of the designs we make are OOAK "One of a kind" We do not repeat images used in any design. We do sometimes repeat fonts as that cannot be avoided sometimes. We strive to make you something that stands out amongst the crowd.
Turnaround time
This is not our full-time job, but we do spend quite a bit of time working on orders. Overall turnaround time depends on our email communication. Please reply to our emails in a timely manner. If you are in a rush ask us how many orders we have in our queue. We can then give you an estimate on how long it will take us. If you need your order sooner, we do offer a "rush my order" listing to push your order to the front of our queue.
No shipping involved. Digital Images only.
Due to our orders being custom we have to mark them as physical with shipping but there is no real shipping involved. Once we've fully completed your order and we have sent it to you via email we will mark it as shipped.
