I am friendly and reasonable... please contact me if you are in any way unhappy with your purchases. You are a valued customer and i want to ensure you are a happy one.
PalPal payment for all you lovely Etsy shoppers! Fast and secure.

Direct deposit payment is available for Australian customers. Please leave a note for me during checkout and i'll forward my account details.
I pack your order carefully to ensure a safe delivery. I do like to be a little mindful of the planet and will use recycled packagaing when i can, so don't be surprised if your pruchase is packed with cardboard from aacereal box to keep it flat, or something similarly random.

Postage is via regular service. If you would like a speedier option please contact me for a quote. I venture to the post office at least two or three times a week, so your purchase will always be posted in a timely manner. Please note, however, that I am an Australian seller and allow additional time for international postage.

Orders to the US and Europe will usually take around 10-14 days, sometimes more and sometimes less.

Australian orders are usually delivered within a week, with the exception of WA which can take up to 3 weeks for some reason known only to Australia Post.
(One of my lovely customers pointed out that WA seems to stand for Wait Awhile. Funny and unfortunatelly true!)
