    We are thrilled that you're interested in dressing yourself and/or the child you love in our designs. We want you to be happy, so keep in communication with us before and after you've placed your order.

    Returns and exchanges
    If you're unhappy with an item (which we hope you won't be!) or if the sizing is wrong, just convo us, send it back, and we'd gladly exchange it or refund your money (less shipping costs). We want you to be happy and feel taken care of.
    Returned items must be in new condition with tags attached.
    Payment
    At this time, we accept payment via PayPal before shipping an order. Please convo us regarding money orders as an option if you don't have a PayPal account.
    If you'd like to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order.
    Shipping
    Our standard shipping is USPS First-Class. If you'd like to upgrade to Priority Mail, or set up local pick up and have us refund your shipping charges, please convo us and we'll figure something out for you.
    Items will be shipped as soon as your payment clears. Custom orders may take a bit longer.
    We cannot provide tracking numbers at this time.
    ***We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50. We'll refund the shipping costs when we send it out!***
