There are no refunds once a reading is given.

You can return any perfume as long as the seal on the box and bottle has not been broken. Due to sanitary reasons, I cannot give a refund once it's been used.

I will not do a reading until payment is received. There are now many ways to pay for your convenience.

Payment is due when your purchase is made. All in stock orders ship 1-3 business days. I accept Paypal, e-check, money orders. Orders without payment and no communication will be canceled.

Custom orders of any kind are final sales and therefore nonrefundable. If you are not happy with your custom order, you can return it but you will receive a *Store Credit* for the value of the item (s) less shipping.

Readings are sent within 48 hours by email only so please provide one. If you prefer, I can also send it through Etsy convo.

Please be advised that all Residents with a NY address will be charged sales tax of 8.875%. If you live elsewhere but are shipping to NY you will receive a revised invoice charging for NY tax.

Your items are completely made (unless noted) and ready for shipping. I try to ship your item 1-3 business days after payment has been made. Every piece is shipped in sturdy packaging. Shipping goes out USPS first class which usually takes 2-5 business days to reach your location, and delivery confirmation will be provided.

Please make sure your address on Etsy and Paypal match. I ship from either and will not be held responsible if you input the incorrect address.

**If you need your item shipped to another address please inform me immediately after your purchase.**

Custom pieces may take up to two weeks to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Your item(s) ship USPS First Class Mail with no shipping confirmation but I can add insurance. If you would like to add shipping confirmation for an extra charge, please do not hesitate to ask. I will send you a convo detailing price for such shipment. When your order goes out the package will not be marked "gift" as it is against the law. Please do not ask me to do so. You (the buyer) are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
