MOONTREE FORGE & BROOM
Perfectly-Imperfect, One of a Kind Hand-Made

As an Etsy buyer, you probably understand that these items are handmade. They have flaws, irregularities and other oddities. Flaws are considered a Rustic Design Feature, and are NOT a reason for returns. Look closely at the pics, and be sure you really like the perfectly-imperfect rustic goodies you are ordering. For the most part, each item or set is unique. If there is only one listed, I am unlikely to have a second exactly like it. (But feel free to ask!)

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED

These things are imperfect. We call it rustic. The pictures pretty much show what you're gonna get, and I am not interested in doing multiple exchanges etc. So: Look closely at the pictures and be sure it looks good to you. Worse comes to worse, ask for a Return Authorization, ship it safely back at your expense, and I will apply your purchase price to a new purchase. Of course, you will need to cover the new shipping costs, which will be invoiced.

BUSTED STUFF

Pretty much if it falls apart in the first year, and you've not abused it and you ship me the broken bits at your expense, I'll fix or replace a handled broom or whisk (my option) and ship it back for free. It is important to remember that these are one of a kind items, and if fixed or replaced it will look a little different. Also, the broom straw wears down if you use it to sweep. This is not a flaw, that's just how brooms work.
Payment
Paypal (which means you can also use credit or debit cards) is prefered, fastest and safest. Money Orders by mail are also acceptable, but slow things down. Personal checks cannot be accepted at this time. Orders not fully paid within 10 days will be deemed canceled, and items will be re-listed for sale to another buyer without notice.
Shipping
Shipping is charged at our actual cost. For right now, that looks to be about $10 for a handled broom to the USA, about $5-7 for a whisk broom. It won't be more than the listed amount, so you can budget accordingly. USPS (Post Office) and UPS are both available, and we will advise of the actual shipping cost in your final invoice.
Additional policies and FAQs
I can tie a broom on your handle, or create a broom or set of brooms with specific colors of sewing, etc. Make a request on a "Conversation" form or on an Alchemy request and I will let you know what can be done!
