Where's my order?
You can track your order by visiting the Purchases option located at the top right of your Etsy page, then click on Track Package.
Or you can use your tracking number that was emailed to you when your order was shipped. Visit the USPS.com website and type in your tracking number.
How do I use this, it didn't come with instructions.
No, my products don't come with instructions. I do list what the item CAN be used for, it is up to each practitioner to use it as they wish. No, I will not tell you how to use the item, we are all different in our practices, use your own intutition, study, read and learn your craft.

What is this made with? What oils do you use? What is your recipe for this oil?
I do not and will not divulge my recipes for any of my hand blended spell oils.
Do your oil bottles come with labels?
Yes, all of my products come with a label
Can I apply the oil to my skin?
That is up to you. The potion oils are diluted with a carrier oil. I suggest doing a skin patch test first because some of the oils I use are 'hot', such as cinnamon and ginger. Some oils are phototoxic (not to be worn in direct sunlight) such as citrus oils. The essential oils may irritate your skin if you are sensitive. Consult a qualified health practitioner if you are pregnant, breast feeding, have a health condition or on medication.
When will my order ship?
Currently I am on a 3-6 day turnaround time, not including holidays or weekends. Orders are packed in the order received.
You can check the "ship by date" on Etsy orders by clicking on your account by the shopping cart icon in the top right corner on your Etsy page, then click on PURCHASES. It shows ship by dates, tracking, estimated delivery dates, etc.
How many herbs come in a pack?
Herbs are sold by weight not volume so each package of herbs will be different. The heavier the herb or root, the less in the package. Most of the herbs / roots are 1 oz. The bulkier, lighter or more expensive herbs come in 1/2 oz size
Do your oils work? Why didn't my spell work with your oil?
It's not up to me if your magickal workings manifest or not. I'm supplying the tool, it's up to you to supply the energy. I'm not responsible for any outcome, good or bad because I'm not doing the work. What I am responsible for is supplying you with an ingredient so you can perform your own working.
Can the oils be used in warmers?
Yes they can. I suggest a tealight oil warmer and not the electric. In my opinion the electric warmers get too hot and the oil can smoke. Tealight warmers work the best.
