On custom orders I do not offer a refund, all custom orders will come with insurance shipping. On normal listings I offer exchange's, if Item is damaged I can not give an exchange. Please beaware that Jewelry is fragile and to take care of it.

I accept payment by any major debit or credit card through Paypal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay with your credit card. The checkout system will take you to a secure PayPal window.

All items need to be paid within 72 hours of purchase or will be relisted.

Please note that I no longer put items on 'hold', so kindly purchase directly from store.

I need half upfront payment on all Custom orders.

I ship all items within 72 hours, if you need it to be sent out next day just let me know.

On items that require certain care/maintence I will send intrustions on how to care for it. Please, unless you know how to clean jewelry always take it to a professional to get your item taken care of.
