All products are handcrafted in a smoke-free, pet-free home.

Please read each listing carefully for the product description and number of pieces included. Additional photos may be included to represent custom possibilities. Please contact me before purchasing if you have any questions.

I welcome custom orders! Please consider MopTop Maven when thinking about team uniforms, school colors, party favors or matching a special outfit. Minimum $10 purchase, before shipping fees, required for custom work. Prices dependent on material used and complexity of the request. Contact me for more details and possible quantity discounts. I'd love to work with you!

Please contact me immediately if there is a problem with your order.

If you find the item defective, take a digital photo of the item and contact MopTop Maven by email, with the picture and description of the problem. MopTop Maven will respond.

Items in new, unworn condition may be exchanged for items of equal value. To make an exchange, please contact MopTop Maven within (3) three days of product receipt with details and I will let you know how to proceed.

All sales final; no refunds.

Purchaser will not be refunded shipping and handling, and is responsible for the cost to return the product to MopTop Maven. Exchange will be made upon receipt of returned item(s).
Payment
I accept Paypal. Your order will be shipped after payment is received.

Payment must be received within 72 hours (3 days) of purchase. If payment is not received, MopTop Maven reserves the right to cancel the order.

All purchase cancellations must be made within 3 hours of purchase.

If you are unable to use Paypal, contact MopTop Maven prior to purchase to discuss possible other payment options.
Shipping
I make every effort to ship within 3 business days of payment receipt for items that are pre-maid. Please see details in listings for customized items.

Orders will be shipped to your paypal address.

Currently, MopTopMaven ships only within the U.S.

Orders are usually shipped via USPS 1st Class mail. For faster delivery or delivery confirmation and/or insurance, please contact me to discuss shipping options and additional costs before making the purchase.
