As a life long professional artist working in various mediums, I have been focused on wood carving since 1989.

I draw on all my life experiences to incorporate and apply them in being Morning Star Design. I've always had a keen interest in history, nature, architecture and culture that I feel is all reflected in my work. The main source of my inspiration comes from a combination of my home and the world around me. The diverse selection of my work can be attributed to my interest in the diversity of life itself. After going on a whale watch off the coast of Cape Cod, I was inspired by a group of Humpback Whales that continue to inspire my work to this day.
