Order cancellation possible within 24 hours after purchase.
Returns are possible within 3 days after receipt for standard orders only.
All custom orders even they were ordered as standard one with subsequent changes made after are not refundable.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. It is necessary to make back shipping with trace & tracking. If total time from payment till back receipt exceeds 60 days buyer is charged additionally for 6% for PayPal funds transfer.

What to do if parcel is damaged?
As all of our mailings sended valued they are delivered to addressee personaly. At the time of shipment delivery, the recipient’s obligation is to evaluate shipments outer packaging.
You have to notice that parcel`s outer packaging is damaged. By the international Post rules in case of delivery with damages you should declare damages to the courier/postman and not to sign the acceptance documents on default and inform courier that you want to check the content of the shipment. Carry out shipment content evaluation along with courier/postman.
If the content of shipment:
• Is not damaged. Your can sign acceptance documents confirming that the content of the parcel has been delivered without damages.
• Is damaged, and then ask courier to compile the act of damage. In this case you can take or refuse to take this parcel. In case you refuse to take the parcel, courier will make a note on documents about the reasons of refusal and the parcel will be sent back to the sender. If you want to submit complaint about parcel content damages, we encourage you to contact with sender, afterwards sender will be able to submit application to local Mail service.
Please note that if you will sign acceptance documents in spite of outer damages and afterwards the enclosure will be damaged nevertheless both the addressee and the sender lose any rights to get any of refund from Post Service. And in this case if you decide after to send it back we won`t be able to make a shipment refund. It will be on your own expenditures.
