Returns and exchange details
Satisfaction is important to me and I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you would like to return the item, please contact me within 5 days of receiving the package and the item can be returned and must be received by me within 7 days. Buyer pays return shipping and refund of money will take place after item is received on my end. Please return the item in the original condition in which it was received. I will not be able to refund if item shows signs of damage or any notable signs of extended wear.

Certain items in the sewing section are made after purchase. Times are noted in the item description. If you need an item sooner than specified in the listing, send me a message and I will let you know if I can get it to you faster. =) During peak seasons such as Halloween or Christmas, faster production times are not a possibility due to the number of orders in house.

Any fees required by customs will be paid by the buyer. These fees are separate from the shipping fees associated with purchasing the item. You will need to pay the customs and duties fees prior to the postal service delivering your package. They will send you a notice to let you know when your package has arrived at your customs area. It is helpful to track the package occasionally because on rare circumstances, the postal service may miss notifying you. If so, they will hold your package for several days and if the custom fees are not paid, the package will be sent back to Morphe.
