I'm so late on reviewing this, but I absolutely love it! I got the Aizawa boi and he is so perfect. He went in my Ita bag right away! Thank you so much for everything. <3

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept cancellations
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
I don't accept returns or exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
● I'm not responsible to provide refund if you damage, lose or destroy items ordered from my shop by your own fault.
My traditional works are, unless otherwise noted, unique and hand made pieces of art.
That means they are fragile and imperfect, and may slightly differ from the photos.
● Minimal size or shape differences are to be expected, however, if they are big enough to be noted, it will be said in the description.

● For keycharms, pins and cardboards, In order to meet my costumers needs, I'll happily go for a re-send of the product if possible (for example, I can't re-send you a keycharm if I'm out of stock), or for a refund.
Still, the refund option will automatically triggers after the second package I send of the same order (for example: you don't receive the package/you receive the item damaged from the shipping, I'm going to happily send you another one. If the second one doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, I'm going to refund you directly.)
For handmade products, I'm not going to send you another one, I'll justo go for a refund that unfortunately can't be of the full price of the object: seen that all those pieces are handmade and costs me a lot of time, if you receive the package damaged or you don't receive them (for those I'll give you a tangible proof of the shipping of your package, just to make you sure the package left Italy), I'll be able to refund you just 1/3 of the price of the product, + of course shipping costs.
I hope you'll understand!
Payment
● Only Paypal accepted
Shipping
● Standard shipping (no tracking) is provided by "Poste Italiane".
Timing will be arount 5-10 business days for EUROPE, 15-20 business days for OUTSIDE EUROPE.

● It's possibile, if you want, to ship your order with a COURIER (UPS and others). This option is WAY MORE EXPENSIVE than a regular shipping by AirMail but should be more safe (traking number and possibly assured package): the choice is yours.
The prices vary greatly based on destination, weight of the order, and size of the envelope, so it's hard for me to set a specific price. If you want this option, complete your order with the regular shipping and contact me to get an estimate of the cost.
These are the rough price bands:
USA: 35-45€
Europe: 25-35€
Italy: 10-30€
