STANDARD FLAT OR FOLDED CARD POLICIES:

We print on 110 lb silk coated recycled paper.

US shipping ONLY is included in the print costs.

IMPORTANT: INTERNATIONAL PRINT ORDERS do not have shipping included in the print costs. Please convo us for a quote and shipping time estimate before ordering from a non-US address.

PROOF DELIVERY-

Within 2-3 business days, we will send you a proof of your design. If all looks good, depending on the option you selected, we will either email you a high resolution version of the file for your DIY print job OR we will proceed with printing.

*Please note that we attempt to keep business to a minimum and family time to a maximum on the weekend, so proofs for orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following week.

PRINT DELIVERY-

Once you have approved your proof, we'll get to work printing. Please allow 3-4 business days for printing. After printing, your cards will ship via standard, First Class Mail. We will be in touch with tracking info once they go out.

If you need your cards sooner, please contact us for a quote on a RUSH order surcharge.

CUSTOM DESIGN POLICIES:

Our custom designs start at $150 and include three concepts and three edits to your chosen concept.

Proofs of custom designs will be emailed for your review and approval within 5 business days of purchase. After final design is approved, the same printing and shipping policies as those of standard flat and folded cards apply.

Extra edits may require an additional fee(s). If we have finished your design, and made the maximum number of edits per design, please do not ask us to start over on everything. This will count as a new project.

It's our goal for you to be completely satisfied with your custom design. In order for this to happen, we need a detailed concept request and the willingness, on your part, to communicate your vision. Sample photos are always welcomed!

We will gladly work with you if you are unsure of precisely what you want.

Remember that we are only human! Creativity and a superior, one-of-a-kind design cannot be rushed. We always appreciate kindness, communication, and openess on the part of the buyer.

WEDDING INVITATION POLICIES:

An initial fee of $30 serves as a deposit for your order and will apply towards your final package price.

A proof of your wedding package design will be sent via email within 5 days of initial order.

Wedding invitations will be mailed within 30 calendar days from the date of your final, full payment.

If you need your wedding invitations sooner, please contact us for a quote on a RUSH order surcharge.

A standard $25 shipping fee is applied to all wedding invitation orders. This shipping fee only applies to orders within the US. International orders must convo us for a shipping quote.

To help ensure safety and reduce the possibility of damaged orders, wedding invitations are sent with a signature confirmation required on receiver's end.

Returns and exchanges
If we have finished your design, and made the maximum number of edits per design, please do not ask us to start over on everything. This will count as a new project.

Full refunds must be requested PRIOR to receiving initial concepts.

Requests for partial refunds are to be requested within two days of receiving the first preliminary samples of your designs. There will be an automatic, 25% service fee deducted from the initial amount paid for the time invested into the designs.

Please carefully proof the design layout and all text before approving the design.

Once your design has been approved and sent to print, no refunds will be issued.

Please respond within a week to all communication along the way. If we do not hear from you after a month, at any point in the design process, we will consider the order closed. No refund will be issued under these circumstances and a new order must be purchased to re-start the process.

If photo provided by the client is not 300dpi (as specified in each listing), we cannot be held responsible for photo coloration/blurriness/graininess once printed.

Each computer monitor reads colors slightly different and digital or offset printing will produce color with slight variation each time. This cannot be controlled and we cannot issue a refund or do a free reprint for dissatisfaction with color. To ensure color as close as possible to your desired color, please reference a printed Pantone manual and give us the the Pantone or CYMK number.

If your order arrives damaged, you must email us photos of the damage within three days of delivery receipt. The entire order must then be returned. Once we receive it, we will assess the damage and take appropriate action.

We accept Pay Pal and Credit Cards for all orders.
Shipping
Many of the designs in our shop are digital art and will be delivered via email in high resolution jpeg and eps files.
