👉🏻 With everything going on in the world right now, the United States Postal Service has released a statement that all mail services are experiencing a delay. We're asking our customers to please allow an additional 2-4 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays) for tracking updates from USPS and for packages to actually be delivered after being marked as delivered by USPS. There is also a delay in scanning and tracking numbers, specially for first class packages. Once your package is picked up by USPS, we have no control over it and estimated times are just estimates. If you feel like you package may be lost, please feel free to contact USPS directly via their website (you can look for the "missing package" link there as well.
👉🏻 About production times and shipping estimate: all orders are carefully hand made to perfection and unless you hear from us otherwise, your order will be prepared and shipped to be delivered by the date on your order receipt. PLEASE NOTE DUE TO HIGH HOLIDAY DEMAND AND COVID-19, ORDERS MAY TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL TO SHIP. Your items will be made-to-order, just for you! I am working hard to meet the ship date given at the time of purchase, so please refer to the Purchases & Reviews section of your Etsy account, or your order receipt email.
I always recommend upgrading your package to Priority mail (because it is insured). That option is available upon checkout (from first class to priority), but please note, that does NOT affect production times.

Hi!!
My name is Ivie and I am Mother Bliss Co's shop owner. I live in Winter Garden, FL (yes, just right around the corner from Disney!) with my best friend (aka hubs), as well as 3 very busy kiddos (with full schedules!). I’m a registered nurse by trade, but my love for creating is so big that I ended up opening my shop after all my friends kept telling me I should.
Although the shop has now become my main gig, I still work part time as a surgery nurse (I love helping my patients!).
You will find lots of nurse related items here, (specially IVF and labor and delivery themed things). Those were my first nursing loves!
We are fabric, baby, Disney and Dave Matthews lovers in our household — that is why you will also find tons of items inspired on these themes as well!
I take great pride in carefully packaging each order with the cutest stuff, because every order is a little gift to my family!

Returns And Exchanges
Your satisfaction is my first priority. I take pride in all my handmade items. Mother Bliss only accept exchanges or returns on the basis that the item is faulty. All sales are final but if you are truly unhappy with a purchase then please send me a friendly message and we can work it out. This will be done on a case by case basis as long as it’s within 5 business days of receipt of purchase and in its original condition. (Not washed or used). All shipping will be at the expense of the buyer.
**Please note that because each item is custom made to order we can not offer exchanges of returns based on size. We ask that you carefully read the size chart, and recommend that you size up if you are not sure which size is best.
Additional Policies
All products are handmade and no two products will be identical. Please note that I take great care in describing and visually representing all products accurately however there may be slight variations on fabric placement, color and dimensions.
Custom and personalized orders
All custom orders will be made and mailed within 1-2 weeks, excluding postage times.

Feel free to message me if you need your order quickly. I’ll do my best to accommodate you where I can. I am also able to send packages priority post which may incur an additional fee. I will communicate all of these details for your approval before we proceed. Please visit our section “order upgrades” for additional information.

Please note we do NOT offer proof of work before production, unless otherwise agreed upon. Make sure to check your personalization line, as we are NOT responsible for any mistakes you make. It will be printed exactly as you specify. Personalized items are NOT returnable/exchangeable.
Where is my package?
Once a package has left our shop and is being tracked, we are no longer held responsible for anything that may happen to the package in route, or delays by the courier. If there is a package that goes astray, we will be happy to help you look into it's whereabouts, but sometimes the best thing is too look into it on both ends and then wait. Things through the mail will sometimes show up weeks later. Unfortunately, we are not in a position that we can resend you your order or refund your purchase. I recommend filling a missing package request first. If after 30 days it still hasn't shown up, and was shipped PRIORITY mail, you can file a missing package claim for $50 directly at the USPS website. Thank you for your understanding.
