As of Jan. 17, 2022, this suspension affects nearly 30 countries. Caring for your decals:
Decals hate: dishwashers, microwaves, scrubbing, harsh cleansers, and soaking in hot baths… er… sinks (though, I'm confident they'd hate your bath, too… no offense). So, gentle hand washing only, don’t stick it on something you plan to cook with, and don't soak it in hot water, or it will lose all trust in you and attempt to escape.
Decals love: Music, a good book, and stand-up comedy. Don't ask how I knows this. I just do.
How do I stick my decal on something?
No matter how convincing Obi Wan Kenobi may sound, do NOT use The Force!
Now that we got THAT out of the way…
• Clean surface where decal will be applied
• Let surface completely dry
• Peel backing off decal
• Place on surface
• Smooth out with applicator or credit card
• Rub outward from center to smooth and remove any bubbles
• Peel off transfer paper
• Enjoy your new decal!
Don't worry if you forget these instructions. You'll get an instruction card with your decal.
When will I get my stuff?
Digital Downloads/Printables: After your purchase, you'll be redirected to a page where you can download your digital files for use/print. These are Instant-Download items and do not include shipment of physical products.
Decals and stickers: All decals/stickers are made to order and shipped within 1-3 business days after your purchase. Arrival time will depend on your chosen method of shipment (USPS Priority Mail, for example, is 2-3 business days).
Please note:
• Orders placed on weekends will not be shipped until the following Monday
• Holidays, severe weather, and plagues (thanks for nothing, Coronoa...) may result in processing/shipping delays.

My downloaded files are not working! What do I do?
SVG/Cut Files come in a compressed (zipped) folder to reduce file size and download time. This folder needs to be decompressed (unzipped) before the files will behave like they're supposed to. On a Windows PC, right click on the zipped folder, select "Extract," then click "Extract" on the window that pops up. This creates a new folder with your full-size files, ready to use. If you're using a Mac, you can find zipping/unzipping instructions at this link: https://apple.co/3w9P5bn.
Silhouette Studio software won't trace the entire design? What do I do?
Sometimes, with colorful designs (as opposed to full black), Silhouette Studio doesn't immediately recognize all the colors. In my experience, shades of yellow; orange; and gold are frequently to blame. You can fix this by adjusting the Trace Threshold. On the Trace panel, slide the Threshold slider all the way to the right (100%). It's like putting glasses on your software. It suddenly sees all the colors!
