Orders are shipped via Expedited Parcel.

Orders shipped within Canada will arrive in approximately 5 - 7 business days.

Orders shipped to the US will arrive in approximately 5 - 10 business days.

I do accept international orders, however I am not responsible for duties or additional charges that may apply to international buyers. Please also be aware that depending on your location, shipping can take 7 business days to several weeks to arrive. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Wood rounds come wrapped in 100% recyclable kraft paper and twine, and are packaged in a bubble mailer.

Each piece of wood I use is collected from free fallen trees found nearby my home. I bake the wood to remove anything that may have inhabited the tree. The wood is then sealed with 100% organic bees wax and mineral oil to prolong its life, as well as varnish once the artwork is complete. Keep in mind that wood is a natural and sensitive material, and can change over time through its colour or splitting, despite being sealed. Sudden temperature change, being dropped, or handled excessively can contribute to splitting. I am not responsible for damages that occur once in your care. Look after it well just as you would any other piece of art by keeping it out of direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place, and avoid excessive handling.
