I have to love, love, love this. I can't wait to give it to my niece for her birthday. When I opened the box (before I pulled anything out) you could already smell the scent and it smells sooooo yummy.

Hello, my name is Chasa. Welcome you to my shop. I began making candles almost three years ago. It was to be a little project to create gifts for friends and family and has turned into a love and obsession of sorts. I have worked with paraffin wax, palm wax, soy wax and gel wax. I am constantly experimenting in attempt to continually offer the best products I can to you, my customer. Currently my candles are available via requests from friends, word of mouth and of course here on Etsy. This holiday season I will be opening a second online store and after the first of the year I will begin selling my candles at local craft fairs and festivals.

**IMPORTANT FOR THOSE PURCHASING GEL WAX CANDLES**
Gel wax is not a solid material like other wax mediums. It is however highly viscous which gives it the appearance of being a solid. Due to the composition of the gel wax, shifting of the wax can occur. I will ship all products up right and make packages accordingly but cannot guarantee handling by the post office. If you receive your candle and the wax has shifted to one side, do not fret. Keeping the candle upright (especially in a warm room) will cause the wax to slowly shift back to its original position. You can also take a hair dryer and warm the sides of the container to melt the wax which will cause it to level back out. PLEASE REMEMBER!!! If you use a hair dryer. DO NOT point it directly at the wax as the wax will splatter. Be careful not to over heat one area of the container. It is better to move your hair dryer back and fourth over the air which allows some cooling time then to hold the hair dryer at one location. This could weaken the container and cause it to crack.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want everyone to love their purchase therefore if you have any concerns with your purchase, please contact me immediately so we can discuss an exchange or refund.

Exchanges and refunds will be honored up to 30 days after your purchase. Refunds are made when I receive the item, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom items may be returned only when product defects are present. If you feel something is defective, contact me. I will make every effort to repair or replace the item.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

TIPS FOR BURNING AND MAINTAINING YOUR CANDLES:

--> NEVER leave a burning candle unattended! Extinguish the candle before you leave the room. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!

--> Never burn more than 4 hours. Extinguish the flame and wait for the candle to cool before relighting.

--> Place your candle carefully. Will a curtain billow into it? Will the kids knock it over?

--> Never burn a candle past the last ½ inch. This could cause the glass to become overheated and break.

--> Many of my candles can look and smell just like food and drinks. Keep out of the reach of children and pets at all times!

--> Wax Dipped Critters are cute and yes, made with actual stuffed animals but they are NOT a toy. Treat them as you would a regular candle.

--> Trim wick prior to each use and keep trimmed to prevent smoking and reduce mushrooming.

--> Keep debris out of the melt pool.

--> For those who are purchasing candles with non-wax embeds. As your candle burns down remove ANY embeds that are on the surface of your candle.

--> Never touch or move container while burning or still hot.

Frequently Asked Questions:

WHAT IS GEL WAX? Gel wax is a mineral oil, Hydrocarbon. The Hydrocarbon has been thickened with a special polymer into a clear wax. It burns slower than traditional paraffin or vegetable waxes and has a unique, clear look to it.

WHAT IS SOY WAX? is a vegetable wax made from the oil of soybeans. After harvesting, the beans are put through a cleaning and de-hulling process and then rolled into flakes. Afterward, oil is extracted from the flakes and hydrogenated. The hydrogenation process converts some of the fatty acids in the oil from unsaturated to saturated. This process dramatically alters the melting point of the oil, making it a solid at room temperature.

WHAT ARE SMELLY JELLIES? Smelly Jellies are a super absorbent crystals make great air fresheners for those who don't want to burn candles. Great for college dorms or retirement communities! The crystals will evaporate over time and can be refreshed by adding more warm water.
