I have loved quilts for as long as I can remember.
When I was younger, I always said that I was born in the wrong time period... I should have been born 150 years ago.

As I got older though I realized that the Lord put me in this world, at this time, for His specific reasons and while I can still love all things 1800's - early 1900's, I'm happy to be here in the 21st century.

Living on our off grid homestead with our four children makes for a busy life. I don't get to sew much in the spring and summer but my machine still runs, almost daily, in the winter time allowing me to create heirlooms for generations to come.
