Quick Processing: 1-3 business days for most orders. We design, create and ship from our Massachusetts studio. Our labels are simple, yet sophisticated so they don't overwhelm the garment you are sewing them into. Our look is Natural and Simple.
The heat set process and high end cotton we use makes our labels fade proof. Ironing them is not recommended but if ironing is desired please use lowest setting on iron after the label is sewn in and place a sheet of parchment paper or thin material between iron and ink on label and press gently. After garment is washed always use lowest setting on iron and press quickly and gently.
We offer 2 types of cotton
100% Cotton twill which is our softest label and perfect for children's and baby's clothing. It has a bit of a herringbone texture. The 2 long edges are finished and the 2 shorter edges need to be turned under or sewn into a seam before sewing in garment to prevent fraying
100% Organic Cotton is a smoother cotton. It is a sturdy label meant to last the life of the garment. It is best for home decor, totes, and adult clothing or anything you want a sturdy label for The fabric is cut on the bias so the edges don't fray but will fuzz and can be sewn down as is. The edges do fuzz after machine washing and drying. This label gets softer each time it's washed.
Please note: We are not responsible for replacing packages marked "delivered" by the USPS. 99% of the time your package was delivered to a neighbors house in error, stolen or a wrong address was provided to us. Frequently asked questions
Will my labels fray or unravel?
Our cotton twill is finished on the 2 long edges. The short edges need to be turned under slightly or if it's a fold over label, the open ends need to be sewn in a seam before sewing in.
Our organic cotton labels can be sewn in as is. They don't fray or unravel. They fuzz slightly around the edges after machine washing
Where do I put the information I want printed on my labels?
If it's just text or your name, enter into the personalization box or "notes box" at checkout.
We do not print custom logos anymore
Can I write on my labels?
Sharpie fine point markers work the best on our labels.
Are my labels machine washable and dryable
Yes, you can safely wash and dry them.
Can I Iron my labels
No, we do not recommend ironing your labels. We use a heat set process that locks in color and prevents fraying. If you do iron, place a piece of material between iron and label, use lowest setting and press gently. Once the garment is washed a few times, you can iron over the label using the lowest setting on your iron and very gently. We are not responsible for damage caused by ironing your labels
What if my package is marked “delivered” but I haven’t received it?
We are not responsible for delivered packages. Usually it has been delivered to a neighbor’s home or it was stolen. Go to your LOCAL post office and have them do a gps search to see which house it was delivered to.
