***PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS MESSAGE***This is our New Normal.***
We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands or any country outside of the USA. If you order it will be necessary to cancel your order and refund your money.
We no longer offer custom logo labels (labels that you provide your own logo) but are happy to reprint artwork we have on file. We are scaling back our business and are only doing small quantities of 250 labels or less and are mostly doing reorders for past customers. We have discontinued leather and cork labels, card stock cards and a few other items. We only have the items that are listed in our shop.
Please note: USPS shipping times are longer than usual (even Priority and Express) due to Covid-19. This is not our fault so please be patient while waiting for your order to be delivered and please don't leave us a bad review because of it.
Our labels are simple, yet sophisticated so they don't overwhelm the garment you are sewing them into. Our look is Natural and Simple.
The heat set process and high end cotton we use makes our labels fade proof. Ironing them is not recommended but if ironing is desired please use lowest setting on iron after the label is sewn in. If ironing before item is washed a few times, you will need to place a sheet of parchment paper or material between iron and ink on label and press gently. After garment is washed always use lowest setting on iron and press quickly and gently.
We offer 2 types of cotton
100% Cotton twill which is our softest label and perfect for children's and baby's clothing. It has a bit of a herringbone texture on it and works well with simple logos. The 2 long edges are finished and the 2 shorter edges need to be turned under or sewn into a seam before sewing in garment to prevent fraying
100% Organic Cotton which is a smoother cotton. It is a sturdy label meant to last the life of the garment. The fabric is cut on the bias so the edges don't fray but will fuzz and can be sewn down as is. The edges do fuzz after machine washing and drying. This label gets softer each time it's washed.
We mail FIRST CLASS in a padded envelope or small box. Priority and Express Upgrades are available

5 out of 5 starsI got these for my mom who crochets gifts for other people a lot. She had tags from 20 years ago she finally ran out of and she was so thrilled with this gift. It was personalized fast and shipped to her door.. this is my second order for the same item and I’ll continue to buy from this shop as now she’s encouraged to make more gifts for others. Thanks!

5 out of 5 starsThese labels are great! Used them to sew onto my kids masks for school. Shipping was quick, I’m sure customer service would be awesome but I never had to use it! Thank you! Will definitely be ordering more :-)

I design all of our graphics myself. U pick 2 is our most popular design; you can pick 2 designs in one set.
Custom Knitting, Crochet and Care labels
A while back I was looking for some personalized labels for my hand knit garments and all I could find were the same old fashioned satin labels I used in the 1980s. With many years of graphic design and fiber experience, I did what any creative person would do. I designed my own line!
A friend told me about Etsy. I listed a few of my designs and within months, they started selling. We found our niche in the marketplace and our label business is a huge success today. We sell our labels at Webs and Lion Brand Studio, in Lion Brand's catalogue and on their website and have been featured in major knitting and crochet magazines. I have over 25 years of graphic arts experience and I create all of my designs and my husband and I produce all of the labels in our studio ourselves so each one is inspected by hand. Etsy is our fulltime job so your labels are our primary focus.

Frequently asked questions
Will my labels fray or unravel?
Our cotton twill is finished on the 2 long edges. The short edges need to be turned under slightly or if it's a fold over label, the open ends need to be sewn in a seam before sewing in.
Our organic cotton labels can be sewn in as is. They don't fray or unravel. They fuzz slightly around the edges after machine washing
Where do I put the information I want printed on my labels?
If it's just text or your name, enter into the personalization box or "notes box" at checkout.
We do not print custom logos anymore
Can I write on my labels?
Sharpie fine point markers work the best on our labels.
Are my labels machine washable and dryable
Yes, you can safely wash and dry them.
Can I Iron my labels
No, we do not recommend ironing your labels. We use a heat set process that locks in color and prevents fraying. If you do iron, place a piece of material between iron and label, use lowest setting and press gently. Once the garment is washed a few times, you can iron over the label using the lowest setting on your iron and very gently. We are not responsible for damage caused by ironing your labels
