The customer service is 10/10. I wanted to purchase these ears for a trip that was pretty soon, and I reached out to the shop owner and she was able to accommodate me. The ears came and I was memorized. The quality and the details are so beautiful. I loved also that theyre pretty light weight and the band was comfy and not too tight! Definitely a must have pair of ears.
