Everything I make is handknitted and hand-embroidered using high quality merino/cashmere yarn with the greatest of care and attention to detail and I am sure you will be delighted with any item you purchase. In the unlikely event you are not happy with an item - for any reason - please contact me straight away and I will do my best to sort out any problem.

All items are made in a non-smoking and pet free environment.

Returns and exchanges
In the unlikely event that you wish to return an item please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss and I will do my best to achieve customer satisfaction.

It is the customer's responsibility to arrange and pay for return postage.

I will only refund on receipt of the undamaged item. Refunds can not be made if the item is not in a condition to be resold.

Please be aware that the customer is responsible for any additional import taxes / charges if applicable.
Please pay using Paypal at the time of placing your order.

Custom orders should be paid for once the details of the order have been agreed and I will begin work on your item as soon as payment is received.
Items that are ready made are usually posted within 48 hours (working days).

For custom orders please allow a week for your order to be made and sent out.

CHRISTMAS: I do recommend that you ORDER EARLY for Christmas. The postal systems are obviously very busy, which can lead to delays as can adverse weather conditions at this time of year. I will put last dates for Christmas postage in the shop announcement, but do suggest you order well before the cut off.

I use Royal Mail for all deliveries.

UK orders are posted 1st Class and a proof of posting is obtained.

International orders are sent out using standard airmail - proof of posting is obtained. Royal Mail aims to deliver to anywhere in the world in 7 days (5 working days) after day of postage. Please note that this delivery time cannot be guaranteed and it is possible that delivery can take much longer, particularly when there are adverse weather conditions and since Nov/Dec 2010 the U.S. Government has put more stringent security measures in place which can cause delays, particularly at very busy times of the year. Royal Mail does not actually consider an item lost until 20 working days have passed (Europe) or 25 working days (to U.S. / rest of the world).

Lost or Damaged Items
If a package is lost or damaged I can make a claim after 25 days from the date of posting. In such cases Mouthy Mitts will make the claim and provide a refund or replacement to the customer.

I am very happy to make custom orders. Just contact me to discuss your requirements and once the details have been agreed I will put a custom listing in the shop. You should then complete the transaction as normal and I will begin work as soon as payment has been made.
