Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

I put very special care in my packages, and mention "Do not bend" or "Fragile" in red on the envelope. Nevertheless, should there be any problem with your order, please contact me to find an agreement.

Each refund will be considered case by case.

Should you return your order, return shipping is payable by you.
Shipping
Orders are shipped every Wednesday. Once mailed, your order will be marked as "Shipped" and you'll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

My artworks ship in cardboard envelopes with a mention "Fragile" or "Do not bend".

Allow 2 to 3 weeks for the delivery in most non-EU countries. Inside EU, it should arrive within 1 to 2 weeks. Please note that these shipping time frames are for information only and can be longer for reasons beyond my control.

Orders will ship to the address mentioned on Etsy so make sure it's correct before placing your order.

You are responsible for customs fees or taxes. It's also your responsibility to know if your country has restrictions about imported parcels from Belgium.
