Welcome to Moxie and Pluck. I'm so glad you've stopped by! My interests are teasingly diverse when it comes to creating so there's a chance this shop will branch out from earrings - or perhaps the earrings created will reflect my varied interests. In any event, I hope that the things created will reflect who I am and my point of view. Of course, the most important thing is that whatever you buy adds a little beauty to your life.

Payment
For now I'm only accepting PayPal payments. As the shop expands, I will likely expand the methods of payment that I accept.

I require that payment be made within 1 week of the purchase date. If there's something going on to keep you from paying before that deadline convo with me about it and I'll see if I can work with you on it.

If you end up canceling an order before I ship it I will refund you minus the listing fee and the final value fee (3.5% of the cost of the item) which should be quite small amounts. If you need to cancel after an item has been shipped then you should glance on down at the Refunds and Exchanges policy...
Shipping
Alright, so I'm new here and I'm still figuring out my shipping situation. Here's the plan thus far:

I'm going to ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. In order to guarantee something gets shipped on a Tuesday, you've got to order by 3pm (CST) Sunday. In order to guarantee something gets shipped on a Friday, you've got to order by 3pm (CST) Wednesday.
Now, if you order the day before or the day of a ship day I'll do my best to send it sooner than later but no guarantees. The guarantees are listed above.

My shipping fees are to cover the cost of shipping via USPS First Class as well as shipping materials. I'm still figuring out what the costs will look like in the end. As I start out, if shipping is more than I estimated - I'll eat that cost, if it is less than I estimated (over $1) then I'll refund you that amount.

If you want insurance or if you would like your shipping to be upgraded (say, to overnight shipping) let me know before you make your final payment so I can adjust the cost. I'm happy to oblige.

I do my best to ensure that items arrive safely and soundly. If something happens to your purchase in transit, let me know. Although I will work with you, I can't guarantee a refund in these situations. I highly encourage you to indicate that you would like your item to be insured before you make your final payment. I don't automatically purchase insurance for all of my artwork since some of it costs as little as $5. Adding another $1.75 might discourage someone from purchasing. However, if it's worth it to you to pay an extra $1.75 to ensure your purchase arrives safely to you, let me know.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you get your item and it's not all that you had dreamed of it being, let me know and I'll work with you. The least I can do is offer you a shop credit. I do, however, request that you send my piece back safely and soundly. I will cover the shipping to have it sent back but you are responsible for the shipping cost of the next item/items you purchase with your credit.

Again, I highly encourage you to request insurance for your purchase before making your final payment.
