Our journey back in July 2017 was unexpected and unfolded after several trips and a solo month long road trip from Texas to the Pacific Northwest in October last year. This door found us and we spent many months seeking the confidence to embrace this path. Well, here we are... Somethings in life are meant to be!

Accepted payment methods
- Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
No refunds and exchanges for combined purchases under $80. Exchanges are allowed for combined purchases above $80. However, the buyer must contact seller within 3 business days of goods receipt. Buyer must pay return shipping cost. Once we receive the item in the same original condition, we will issue a refund or exchange, as agreed upon by both parties. Please note that this policy does not apply to products lost or damaged by carrier. In such instances, a damage report and claim must be filed. As customer service is our top priority, We currently process claims for our customers ...
Payment
We occasionally put items under reserve for customers... when requested... As of 10/25/2011, we will start having a 48 hour reserve policy... The item will automatically be taken off hold if we do not hear from the customer requesting the reserve... This helps save time on both parties and we understand the 48 hour hold period applies ... Regular customers of mine can contact me if they have extenuating circumstances and need more time, but this will be for higher dollar purchases and will not apply to items under $50. Regular customers are defined as customers who have purchased at my shop at least once since 2011.
Shipping
We can combine shipping for multiple items purchased. Currently, our shipping charges are as quoted. We will provide customer shipping rewards to returning customers from time to time. Our customer base is rapidly expanding the globe and our policies will get updated as we go...
Additional policies and FAQs
*Layaway services are now available for any purchase over US$200.
*Basic Terms:
~50% down due within 3 days of Paypal invoice - This amount is nonrefundable and will hold the item.
~The balance must be paid in full within 30 days or the entire
transaction will be forfeited.
~Once the item is completely paid for, it will be shipped within 3 business days.
~There is a 5% additional charge for layaways.
*Payment:
~I will bill you via Paypal for the first and final payment. Prompt payment appreciated.
~If you are able to make the final payment earlier before the 30 days is up, please
let me know and I will invoice you sooner than is scheduled.
~There is no penalty for early payment. Item will be shipped as soon as payment clears.
*Should you wish to use the layaway plan, please go ahead and make your purchase as Other, but pls do not make any payment until
we send you an invoice through paypal.
*** Our layaway policies above would apply by default. For dollar purchases above $500, we will be happy to work out a payment plan with you that would meet both our needs.
