All the items you see here are handmade, by me, Berry Carroll. My goal is to provide you with superior and personal service and to make sure that your purchase is one that you will love and use happily. I seek out unique and high quality fabrics and original and functional designs. I'm always working on ideas for new items, so keep me in mind when browsing Etsy. Please contact me if you have any questions or are looking for something special. I am happy to work with you to make a customized item.
I accept PayPal, and now Direct Checkout (Credit Cards). PayPal is a great way to make a transaction on Etsy because it is quick and efficient. I prefer PayPal payments for custom orders, but contact me if you have any questions for me regarding payment options.
***I'd love to try to help reduce waste. When possible, I will use pre-used, clean, dry goods grocery packing boxes or fabric packing boxes to ship your order. Please let me know in the note to check out if you do not want a pre-used box.***
For all made to order items, please note specific production times detailed in the item listing, before shipment. All ready to ship items will ship the next business day following your purchase.
New Shipping Change! In order to offer lower US shipping rates, I am now shipping my Small Pouches, iPad Cases, and, and Small and Medium Totes via First Class Mail. My largest totes will ship via Priority Mail. All my other items will ship via Priority Mail within the US and First Class outside of the US. See my Shipping Policy section for further detail: https://www.etsy.com/your/shops/moxiebscloset/policies. You may request shipment by Priority Mail, but please do so by contacting me before placing your order.
If you have ordered an item, other than a pouch (see above) that is ready to ship, it will be sent the same day or next business day via Priority Mail (within the United States) and by First Class International Mail (outside of the US).
If you have ordered a made to order or custom listing, I have provided turnaround times for those items in their listings. If any issue arises that may cause a delay in your order shipping, I will notify you immediately and work with you to resolve any concerns you may have.
Currently my shipping rates are generally below the cost of shipment and do not include the cost of packing supplies. However, my shipping rates may need to be altered to reflect true cost, in the future. International customers, please note that USPS international shipping rates have increased dramatically as of 1/27/13, and I have been forced to raise my rates to meet that cost. If at any time, the cost of shipping is less than what you have paid, you will be refunded any excess payment.
International shipping is in the hands is the postal service and delivery times cannot be guaranteed by me. You may request Express International Mail, but you must do so, and pay the additional cost before placing your order.
Please also be aware that if you are ordering from a country outside of the US, customs fees are sometimes charged by the country where your order is received. Because these fees are often charged at random and vary from country to country, there is no way to incorporate them into my pricing. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. There is now way for me, as a seller, to determine if and how much will be charged by the customs once the shipment is received.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is very important to me, so please let me know if you have any issues and concerns about your purchase. I will work with you to resolve any problems or issues. I want you to be happy with your experience at Moxie B's Closet!
If a return or exchange is made, return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I have a number of custom order listings, but if you see an item you are interested in, but in a different fabric choice, or would like to make small changes to a design, contact me directly. I will be happy to discuss with you any special requests that you may have. I cannot guarantee that I will be able to fill those requests, but I will do my best to meet your needs.
