Buyer beware! She never shipped my order. The item description said it was made-to-order and to allow 2-4 weeks for delivery; I politely contacted the shop owner a few times (after 4 weeks) and she never responded. I waited 3 additional weeks for a response, in case an extenuating circumstance was at play. I would have loved to receive the item but due to her lack of response, I had to open an Etsy case and a Paypal claim to get a refund. She complied and issued a refund, but I still never heard a word from her. No explanation, no apology. I'm not sure why has an open Etsy shop if she doesn't want to complete orders. This whole thing was a big waste of time.
