This review is based on the amazing customer service and extraordinary communication from MoxieFurs. So in the deluge that hit California these last few weeks, the carrier lost my package. She tracked the package from day one, sent regular updates, filed all the needed inquiries, and even reached out to her carrier personally all in an effort to track my package. I literally did nothing and received regular updates. These things happen and I'm grateful this was handled impeccably. I wish that all situations were handled with as much care and diligence, truly 5-star customer service! My refund is expected soon and I'll definitely be back for another fur.

Excellent customer service and shipping flexibility with this shops when the weather looked like it may unexpectedly freeze on my wedding day. I bought two furs and was easily able to return the items I didn’t end up needing. Would highly recommend this shop!!!

Gorgeous. Came exactly as described and pictured (maybe even better). I had a tight turn around I needed the item by and the selling gave me clear information to make a decision on shipping type. The box arrived damaged (shipping companies fault), but the seller had packaged with care so the item was not damaged even though the box had tears in it.
