Payment
*Here at Moxie Home we use PayPal due to the safety and ease it provides. Debit Cards and Credit Cards can be used through PayPay without setting up a paypal account. To do this, click on the paypal option then "continue without a paypal account" on the paypal page. 



*Payment is required within 24 hours of purchase. If you need additional time, please send us a note so we can work something out.

*Lay-a-way is available for items over $150. If this option is helpful for you, please send us a message and we will work something out.
Shipping
*Local pick-up is always welcome! Plus, we offer delivery within 90 miles of the Memphis area for a fee. Larger items are shipped via greyhound and can be picked up at a station near you. All other items are shipped to your door via USPS and FedEx.

*We ship packages twice a week; however larger items can take a bit more time due to collecting the appropriate shipping materials. If you need your item(s) by a certain day just let us know. 



*All packages will be shipped to your Paypal address unless otherwise specified.



*All of our items are packaged carefully using mostly recycled packing.

*If you want to add insurance on, please let us know before the purchase of your item(s) so shipping cost can be adjusted.

Refunds and Exchanges
*Items $50.00 or more can be returned for purchased price. If you do have an item that you would like to return let us know within 3 days of receiving it. Once we get the item back and see that it is indeed in the condition in which it left, we will refund your account the amount of purchase. 



*Shipping charges are not refundable and the package must be insured when returning it.
