Returns and exchanges
Items will be shipped back to me at the cost of the sender and I will reship them to you free of cost.
Because of the nature of customized pieces they will not be returnable. If the pieces arrive broken or damaged please contact me.
If you need to make payments in installments please convo me and we can make arrangements. This will only apply to orders over $30.00. Orders will need to be paid in full before shipment.
If you have a custom order you must send payment before I complete the order or the sale will be cancelled and the order will not be completed.
If you would like to receive your order faster please let me know and we can arrange additional payment for quicker shipping methods. Also, if you would like me to insure your package let me know and we can arrange that as well. I cannot be responsible for packages lost in the mail so if you would like tracking or confirmations for your package please let me know as well.
Additional policies and FAQs
Feel free to convo me if you have any questions about anything I have in my shop, my policies, or if you have a request about an item that is no longer listed.
If there is a sale, the buyer will be expected to enter the discount code at the time of checkout. I cannot go back in and enter a discount code for you.
BOGO sales: Discount applies to an item of equal or lesser value. Buyer will need to select the "other" form of payment when this applies and wait to be invoiced to pay.
