Announcement   Thank you so very much for visiting my shop! I love the idea of taking used, found and unwanted items and turning them into new and functional art.

I have a very eclectic style and derive my ideas, style, and taste from a broad and diverse range of sources. Most of my inspiration comes from the world around me...and I do have a very special fondness for animals , especially rabbits!

My supplies also come from a wide range of sources. I scour the alleyways of my neighborhood for discarded treasures that I can transform, haunt local thrift stores and spend lots of time wandering garage sales.

My arts and crafts include jewlery, copper enameling, painted furniture, wool felted acessories and decorative crafts. I follow my inspiration whenever I come across something that grabs my attention. I love the transformation from one "man's junk" to another "man's treasure".

I hope you find my work both inspirational and fun!

Since each item I sell is a unique and one-of-a-kind piece, handmade my me, the buyer should expect slight imperfections and variances in each piece. I do my best to provide accurate descriptions and photographs in my listings and encourage buyers to contact me with any questions or concerns before making a purchase.

Payment
At this time I only accept PayPal .

Buyer is responsible for all fees, taxes and charges associated with the transaction including but not limited to shipping, handling, insurance, taxes, duties and fees.

Payment must be made in full, within 3 days of placing the order.
Shipping
I use the USPS Priority Mail flat rate envelopes and boxes whenever possible for packaging and shipping items sold in my shop. Delivery confirmation and insurance up to $200.00 USD is included in the shipping rates. If you do not want insurance ( cost is $2.75 USD) on you package , please let me know at the time of purchase. I cannot be held responsible for damage, loss or theft of items shipped without insurance so I recommend that you not waive this fee as a shipping option.

I require items over 200.00 in value cost be insured for shipping ; rates will be quoted seperately via email or Etsy Convo.

Some items I sell in my Etsy shop are "over-sized" , such as furniture and cannot be sent through USPS. For such items, I use freight shipping. Buyers should contact me via Etsy Convo or email, before purchasing to request a shipping and handling quote. I do not "upcharge" for shipping and handling...the quote reflects the actual cost of packaging, insuring and shipping your purchase. Shipping fees are based upon size, shape and weight of the item. Packaging costs and insurance are included in the quote, unless otherwise stated.

I do allow local customers to avoid shipping fees by picking up items directly. If you are a local customer and would like to arrange for pick-up, please contact me via Etsy Convo or email to make arrangements.
Refunds and Exchanges
I believe customer service is at the heart of any successful transaction and I do my best to ensure that every item I sell represents quality and beauty. Since each item I sell is a unique and a one-of-a-kind piece, handmade my me, the buyer should expect slight imperfections and variances in each piece. I do my best to provide accurate descriptions and photographs in my listings and encourage buyers to contact me with any questions or concerns before making a purchase.

Occasionally,as with all things in life, an item may not meet a buyers expectations, arrive damaged or under unacceptable circumstances. To address these rare events, I have created the following policy:

I do not typically accept refunds and exchanges for items. However, in the spirit of customer service and good relations I am open to hearing from customers if they are not satisfied with thier purchase.

Buyers who wish to discuss refunds or exchanges must contact me withing 10 days of recieving their purchase, via Etsy Convo or email. I reserve the right to refuse refunds and I do not typically offer exchanges since each item is a unique piece.

Buyers who have contacted me for refund should expect to pay for all shipping, handling, insurance and other associated fees related to return of the item. Items must be returned in thier original condition and in packaging that ensures safe transport. Refunds will be made via PayPal after the returned item has been recieved and inspected.
