Creating art is not just a labor of love, but it is also my job. I rely on selling my work to make a living. It is important to me to develop positive relationships with my customers. My goal is to handle every transaction in a fair and equitable manner. I want everyone who purchases a piece of art from me to enjoy it for a long time.
Payment is due immediately. For your convenience I accept Paypal. A sale may be canceled within 24 hours of the purchase. Customers who cancel a purchase with 24 hours will receive a full refund.
Your purchase will be shipped from me within 3 days of the purchase date. The buyer pays all shipping costs including postage, insurance and customs. Smaller pieces are typically shipped through USPS priority mail service. Larger items are typically shipped through FedEx Ground service. All shipping costs will be noted in the listing. Shipping costs will be discounted appropriately for purchase of multiple items.
Refunds and Exchanges
A full refund will be offered for damaged items less the shipping fees. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, the purchase amount less the shipping fees will be refunded. Refunds will only be offered within 7 days from receipt of the purchased item.
