4 out of 5 starsGift recipient liked it, and it was nice. Had to ask about how to turn it on/off etc and was told that you point the remote at the the 'tail' that hangs off and that did the trick.

Can I change the names and details on the sign? Is Everything customizable?
Yes, Custom Signs is Our Business!
Everything can be customized to fit your request.
No extra or hidden design fees!
Feel free to select the size you want, leave the details in the customization field, and complete the purchase.
We will get back to you with 4 samples for you to select the one you like the most.
We produce in 5 bus days plus 3 to 5 days on the shipping carrier.
We do not produce signs without customer approval on a sample.
Is this sign NEON or NEON LED?
Our signs are not NEON, they look like but they are not.
They are a Hi-definition Laser engraved acrylic with LED on the border of the acrylic to make it shine.
The engraved area will shine in the color you choose, our signs are color-changing with remote control, and 20 available colors.
Neon is expensive, requires maintenance, breaks easily, and doesn't change color.
What colors are available for this signs? Are they Color Changing?

Yes, you can fix one color or leave the colors changing.
Colors are dimmable so can reach almost any color!
Do I receive a sample for approval? How long after the order I will receive the samples?
Yes, you will receive your samples with the customization details you left when ordering.
We normally send the samples from minutes to hours as we receive an order.
All depending on the time of the day or on the weekends when we did design but not all day long as week days.
What is your turnaround time? Are you in USA?
Were you looking for the sign to be under the garage/bar style or would you like those words inside of a rounded sign? We can also accommodate other shapes and sizes.
TAT of 3-5 business days and an additional 3-5 days with the shipping carrier.
Turn-around time is decreased the faster we receive the approval for the sample design we send.
We do not produce signs without customer approval on a sample.
We are in Florida and Yes, we are proud Americans producing on American Soil.
Can I see the design before I order?
Unfortunately, we're unable to provide a sample before purchase, as the designs are made to the requested size on the order.
After the purchase, we will provide you with 4 different designs with your custom request and are able to add any additional changes to the design until you see something you are satisfied with.
If we're unable to design something you are pleased with, we are able to issue a full refund up until the point where you approve a design for production.
