Darling Vintage Home Style for Under $100

When it comes to vintage style I love DARLING and I like it cheap! My store is dedicated to bringing everything charming, whimsical, colorful, well-worn and well-loved to the vintage marketplace, and pricing it mostly under $100.

Any decor can be improved with a little Mexican folk art, a retro embroidered set of cocktail napkins, or a big pottery mixing bowl in a happy yellow. Or find plenty of objects decorated with fruits, bugs, birds, and animals.

I want vintage style to be accessible to everyone, even if you don't have a big decorating budget or you don't have time to haunt estate sales and auctions. My passion is finding just the right piece for your budget and your taste.

I am all about customer service. I describe my items accurately, provide clear, professional photographs of them, pack them securely, and ship them quickly. Because I do these things, I have never had a return! But read on to see how we will handle any issues that may arise in the future.

Returns and exchange details
I believe that my business practices in selling and shipping ensure that you will be happy with your purchase. However, I will accept returns for any reason and will refund your purchase price when I receive your return. The return should be initiated within 30 days of your receipt of the item.

I will always work with you to reach a resolution that you are satisfied with. If you bought a vintage item from me as a gift and the recipient does not care for it, you can return it. If it doesn't match your decor, you can return it. One thing that international visitors always mention with approval about the United States is that stores take all returns. This is a great American custom!

If the item was damaged in shipping or you establish it was not as represented, I will also refund your shipping cost. Otherwise, the shipping cost will not be refunded. Unless circumstances are unusual, return shipping will be paid by you.

I value my integrity and your happiness over any money that I could make from this business.
Payment
I accept Etsy direct payment, which allows you to pay by debit or credit card. I also accept Paypal.

Immediate payment is expected. I charge 8% sales tax on items shipped within the state of California.
Shipping
I ship within the time stated in the listing, usually one business day. That means up to the end of the next day after you make your purchase.

It is most economical to use Etsy's USPS shipping rates. Depending on the weight of the item, I will use Priority Mail, Flat Rate shipping (a bargain if the item is really heavy), Standard Post, or First Class Mail. I also occasionally use FedEX if shipping will be more economical that way.

I use recycled boxes if they are in good sturdy condition. I can't stand to see good boxes be discarded -- but only good ones.

International buyers, I will be using International Priority Mail or International First Class (items under 1 lb/453g) to ship your item. I fill out all customs forms accurately and honestly. I cannot do business any other way.

Privacy
So that I can fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information if you contact me directly.

as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

I engage third parties Federal Express and the United States Postal Service to deliver orders. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services. These parties may transfer your deliveries to other third parties to deliver your order in your home country. I have no control over the sharing of that information.

If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

If I judge that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

I generally keep your data as long as it is retained by Etsy in the form of your order information. I don't presently keep this data in any other form.

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:

Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.

Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.

Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
