I grew up on a farm where we raised sheep. When I wasn't doing chores, I was most likely reading since our closest neighbor wasn't very close.

Books have always been some of my best friends, and I have always loved the comfort of words.

As a wordsmith, I'm also a self-described philocalist: I love beautiful things. So I take meaningful words and make them design beautiful.

I'm also a HUGE advocate for education and literacy and incorporate my love for words and design with printables to benefit learners.

Before I started my etsy shop and became a SAHM, I worked for an international magazine as an editor and writer. It was my dream job—until I had my dream boys. :)

I love the life experience I have gained from raising children and feel my writing, designs, and work are all more substantial for it.
