Mr Yen Designs - Laser Cut Celebrations and Occasions

Mr Yen, also known as Jonathan Chapman (me!) creates laser cut art and designs for all celebrations and occasions and I've recently turned my focus towards weddings. In the coming months, there will be a variety of wedding products available, from invitations, save the date cards and thank you cards, to all sorts of decorations and anniversary gifts.

I'm based in Leeds in the UK where I graduated from Leeds College of Art in 2010 with a BA HONS in Graphic Design. Since finishing University, I've had the privilege to work with companies and clients such as Oprah magazine, House & Garden magazine, Computer Arts magazine and Unilever/LYNX.

I have over four years of experience as a paper cut artist and designer and I have created a variety of designs and imagery for large companies and clients needs, from promotional campaigns and editorial illustrations, to magazine cover designs and magazine tutorials.

I've been featured and mentioned in a variety of publications such as Oprah magazine, Paper Runway magazine, The Yorkshire Post, Computer Arts magazine, idN, Digital Arts magazine.

I've been featured in a few books too! You can see select pieces of mine featured in "Material World" by Perri Lewis, "I Love Stationery" by Charlotte Rivers and "Illuminate" by Hannah Nunn.

If there are any problems with your order you can contact me here on Etsy and I will get back to you within 24 hours.

Once shipped, I accept no responsibility for the loss or damage during transit and I can not refund or exchange custom orders, for obvious reasons.

I take time and effort to inspect all of my products before I ship them to you and I am very thorough in packaging your items for a safe delivery. However, if you have an issue with any of my products upon arrival, please contact me as soon as possible after you receive your items. I will do my best to resolve any problem that may occur. Please return your item/s to me with proof of purchase. You, the buyer, are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the returned products.
Payment
Payment is by either Paypal or bank transfer, with all payments expected at time of purchase. After three days of purchase without payment, your order will be cancelled, so if you have any problems with the transaction/payment at any time, please contact me and I'll try my best to help sort things out. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred when purchasing a Mr Yen Designs product.
Shipping
All Mr Yen Designs products are shipped from Leeds in the UK & can be shipped to you, or your chosen address, anywhere in the world. Your purchase will be shipped out within 2-3 days of your order, which is due to the fact that your products are cut & made specifically for you.

Within the UK your package should arrive within 3-5 working days after it has been posted (if not sooner) and internationally items should reach you in 10-20 working days. I cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post, so if you would like insurance or wish to have a signed for service for your order, please contact me before you place your order so any additional fees for these services will be included in the cost of your purchase.
