Frequently asked questions
Where are the products shipped from?
Products are printed to order and shipped to customers in the US territory. Mostly all products are made in the USA or US/Mexico
Etsy only allows you to display one shipping origin, so by default, you will see "Shipped from the United States".However, a product may be shipped from somewhere else.
Is there one standard for product sizes?
Product sizes vary depending on the origin of the base product, usually US or EU sizes.
In order not to make a mistake, pay attention to the size tables for each product!
How soon can I expect to receive my order?
All items are produced within 2-5 business days. Shipping time will depend on where you are located, where the items are shipped from, as well as the carrier's capacity at the time.
Can I exchange the product for another size/color?
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you're not sure which size would fit better, check out our size chart
Size Charts - There is one for each item listed in the item description section of our store.
Although it is rare, it is possible that the item you ordered has been mislabeled. If so, please allow
contact us at msartetsy@gmail.com within two weeks of receiving your order. Include yours
order number and photos of the mislabeled item and we will send you a new one or issue one
payback!
I received a wrong/damaged item, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the item you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you, please: send us a message within two weeks to msartetsy@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product, order number and other useful information.
