Welcome to MsBelle! I strive to create enjoyable jewelry at an affordable price. I don't feel we should have to pay high prices in order to have high quality jewelry and beautiful gemstones. Since I am such a lover of gemstones, I try to incorporate the best quality I can into my pieces so you may indulge in a bit of affordable elegance. I hope you enjoy my jewelry as much as I enjoy making it.

***Please read each item description carefully as jewelry has been photographed closeup and may appear larger in pictures than it does in person. I try my best to give detailed and accurate measurements of each item so you will know beforehand what you are getting. Please email me prior to purchase with any questions!***

Payment

Payments accepted: credit card, PayPal, E-checks, and money orders only. I am sorry, but I can not accept Money Gram money orders. Please be aware there will be a delay in shipping until E-checks have cleared the account.

I no longer participate in Etsy's Direct Checkout as there were delays in receipt of funds resulting in undesirable delays in shipping and ordering of supplies necessary for custom orders. As a result, I can no longer accept Etsy Gift Cards. Payment via PayPal does not incur a shipping delay nor a delay in ordering supplies for any custom orders.

Shipping

I ship via USPS First Class mail. For domestic shipments, delivery confirmation is included in the shipping charge. For international shipments, no tracking or delivery confirmation is available if using first class shipping. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages. Once it is in the mail it is out of my hands, literally. For these reasons, I highly suggest you purchase insurance for your package.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery inside the U.S. and 4 weeks for international deliveries as items can be held up in customs.

****NOTE: ANY CUSTOMS FEES OR DUTIES OWED ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER/RECIPIENT.****

I very highly recommend shipping with Priority and Global Priority shipping. Please contact me if you prefer this more reliable shipping method and I will send you a revised invoice for any additional cost.

I strongly encourage you to purchase insurance for your package as I am NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you would like insurance please let me know in the "message to seller" and I will contact you with insurance costs. An invoice will then be sent to reflect the additional insurance cost. Once again, I cannot be responsible for packages once they leave my hands. I strongly urge you to request insurance and ship Priority mail and wait for a revised invoice.

You may combine purchases to save on shipping with a $.25 per item fee for items after your first purchase.

I will ship using other carriers such as UPS or FedEx, or expedite your shipping upon your request. Contact me prior to purchase for a quote and I can revise the listing to reflect the new shipping cost prior to purchase. Otherwise, I can invoice you separately for additional shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is my highest priority. Therefore, I do my best to create pieces that will stand up to normal wear over time. I understand that you cannot please all the people all the time. For that reason, I include detailed measurements in each listing and description as well as include several photos. I do my best to give you as much information as possible about my pieces. (Please consult a ruler if unsure of sizes listed.) Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. I do not automatically issue refunds.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me and I will do my best to work with you for a solution. I will consider refunding the purchase price (less shipping and a 10% restocking fee). However, you must contact me PRIOR TO RETURNING THE ITEM to discuss the matter as refunds are NOT automatically given. After discussion, I may choose to refund your purchase price minus the 10% restocking fee and shipping. Then, and only then may you return the item in its original, resalable, undamaged condition within 10 days of receipt. Upon my receipt of the returned item, I will then refund the purchase price minus the 10% restocking fee and minus shipping. Shipping is non-refundable. I only ask that you contact me first if you are unhappy with your purchase so we may discuss the best course of action.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging, and must be insured upon return. Please contact me with the tracking information you receive with your shipping label. Please be sure to purchase insurance and delivery confirmation for your return, as I WILL NOT be held responsible for the loss or damage of uninsured returns; therefore, if it never reaches me I cannot refund your purchase price. Refunds will only occur after my receipt of the returned item

All items returned to me without prior knowledge will be refused and returned. If a refund was expected, no refund will be granted without prior knowledge or discussion.

All 'Sale' items are *final sale* and cannot be returned. Custom orders are also non-refundable unless an arrangement is made prior to purchase.

Additional Policies and FAQs

----CUSTOM ORDERS----
I frequently create custom orders and could possibly do so for you. If you have an idea or have seen something you like, contact me and we can discuss creation of something for your very own!

For custom orders totaling $50 and over, a 50% deposit is required prior to creation of the piece. Custom orders that are $49 and under must pay the full amount prior to creation. Upon receipt of the deposit, I then create the jewelry and take photos to send for customer prior to shipping. Once approved, the remaining balance is due and the jewelry is then shipped as per requested shipping method. The deposit is non-refundable and custom orders are non-returnable.

***CARE FOR YOUR NEW JEWELRY***
To care for your new jewelry, first remember they are delicate, handcrafted items made with semi-precious stones & fine materials. Treat them with care and respect, using only a soft cloth and warm soapy water to clean them. Let them dry thoroughly and then gently wipe them if you like. A soft, lint-free cloth can be used to shine stones and wipe fingerprints and smudges from them, always making sure to hold them carefully as you do so. An anti-tarnish** jewelry polishing cloth may be used to clean and gently polish the wire and metal, both gold and sterling silver, but never put your pieces into an ultrasonic or steam cleaner. Appreciate them for their delicate, handcrafted nature, and they will provide beauty and enjoyment for a long time to come!

**For lightly oxidized and heavily oxidized pieces, use of anti-tarnish cloths will remove any dark patina that has been applied. Use only a soft cloth and warm soapy water for cleaning and polishing of oxidized pieces.

----GUARANTEES----
I guarantee my items for workmanship. I try to create pieces that will stand up to normal wear over time. If it breaks due to my workmanship, I will repair it free of charge. However, I cannot guarantee materials such as gemstones and beads. Sometimes unseen flaws exist that may cause a stone or bead to break, crack or chip. I cannot replace stones or beads as they are frequently one of a kind items and matching may be nearly impossible. You may contact me with a request to create or duplicate an item. If materials are available to recreate the item I will be happy to do so at a reasonable cost.
