Frequently asked questions
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Please contact me about any damage during shipping. Returns/refunds are not accepted for damaged items, however, I will send a replacement order free of charge. I require photographic documentation showing the damage before I can replace the print.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS?
Unframed prints can be returned or exchanged. Please contact me within 3 business days of receiving an item. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once I receive the print back in its original condition I will issue your refund. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
The following items cannot be returned for a refund: Canvas gallery wraps, metal prints, and large prints over 17x22. However, if your order has been damaged in transit or if there is a quality issue, please contact me to arrange for a replacement. You may be asked to provide a photo for proof of damage.
