I take pride in offering you high quality glass art made with quality materials. All pieces are properly annealed for strength and durability. I have very high standards and offer you my best work. All items are handmade by me and no two are alike.

I have been doing lampwork glass art for 16+ years and love creating unique items. I also do fusing and furnace blown glass work.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Any problems, not happy?, we can work it out.
Please contact me within 48 hours of receipt. Return within 7 days. Upon return of item in its original packaging, refund will be issued within 3 days. I am not responsible for lost items in transit on returns.

If the item you purchase is not what you expected you may return it for a refund, excluding shipping.

Contact me ASAP if the item is damaged upon receipt. If possible take a photo and email it to me. I will issue a full refund.

Glass does break and if you break it I can most likely repair it. Often just for the cost of shipping. My fault, I pay for shipping. Contact me and we will discuss it.

All items are shipped USPS insured with delivery confirmation and packaged with care to prevent damage and breakage. I ship Monday - Friday.

Small items, are shipped USPS First Class mail.

Items needing a box (a gift box within a mailing box):
Shipping to US: USPS Priority Mail (as mentioned in item description).

International: Priority Mail is listed on item, but you may choose First Class mail. Just contact me. Custom regulations, duties, fees, etc are your responsibility.

Shipping upgrades: Contact me for expedited shipping arrangements.
Additional policies and FAQs
Glass can be hard to photograph and I try to take the best photos I can and sometimes the color is different. Most likely it is due to the monitor, but also can be due to the glass color itself, or if it is a transparent item, causing the color to appear darker due to the background. I try to mention that in my description. Be aware that all items are handmade and it is the nature of some glass color to have multiple hues within it.

Why does the pear have a hole? In the process of making a blown item, such as the pear or an ornament, sometimes it is necessary to leave an air hole so that the bubble doe not collapse when attaching a stem or loop. (Often in the case of thinners items.)
