We do our best to have your pillow covers ready for shipment within 2-3 days of your order; however, some materials needed for your pillow cover make take longer. We manage inventory based on single-sided pillow covers, so because we may need more yardage for double-sided pillow cover and bolster orders, please anticipate 3-4 weeks for shipment. Please make note in the listing description of any materials that are on back order and may also cause delays. You can message us prior to ordering if you require special shipping arrangements or if you need your item sooner than otherwise stated!

All pillow covers and inserts ship free domestically. International shipping options are also available. To be sure your pillow covers get to you in a timely and safe manner, we ship all covers and inserts via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS. Once your package is taken to the designated shipping provider, we no longer have control over delivery times. We do our best to make sure your pillows are delivered within an appropriate timeframe, but understand delays may occur in the shipment process.

All items in our shop are made-to-order (custom) and unavailable for return or exchange. We often immediately begin working on your order once placed, so we also cannot accept cancellations. Each item is made with the highest quality - interior seams are professionally finished, and an invisible YKK zipper is used for pillow closure. If you are unsure whether a pillow will coordinate in your home, please order a swatch via our "Swatch Request" listing to confirm. If an item is delivered and defective, please message us immediately.

For all square and lumbar pillow covers, we offer inserts sold separately. For bolster (round) purchases, the insert is included.

We offer a synthetic down insert that is very similar to feather down but without the quills and feathers that shed. These are choppable and offer a more full, designer look. Because they are made from a polyester filling, they are also hypoallergenic!

For our outdoor pillow covers, we offer outdoor inserts that feature a non-woven cover for more durability. Our outdoor inserts are also made using a synthetic down and still offer the choppable style!

As of 4/1/21, we have changed how we size our pillow covers. Now all pillow covers are listed at an exact finished size. Meaning, a 22x22 pillow covers measures 22x22 and will require a larger insert for a snug fit. We recommend purchasing an insert 1-2" larger than our pillow covers.
