Why doesn't MT Aromatic accept "Make to order" items for returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept "Make to order" for returns or exchanges unless an item is proven damaged through shipping or defective upon arrival. If you are unsure about a product, please message me first so we can arrange a sample size, custom blend etc.
What are your Shipping options?
Transit times vary depending on destination, it excludes production time (3 - 5 days). Please refer to the “shipping policy” section for the estimated delivery time. We will not be held responsible for any lost items in the mail.

(2) Delivery upgrades: for faster delivery, please choose a delivery upgrade on the checkout page.

Yes, all our products are "Vegan" and “Cruelty-free”.
This means our products does not contain animal products or ingredients; and were not tested on animals.
Do you offer Custom and Personalized products?
Yes, we do offer Custom and Personalized Essential Oil Blends and Roll-On by Registered Aromatherapist. There is a one-time service fee charge. Please DM for detail.
How to add Shipping Upgrades?
