Thank you for your patience during this very busy season, please note that I will not be able to give status updates on orders as I am using every bit of my time to make your items.
Please be sure to read the item details in the listing before you purchase so that you are sure to get the correct size, my items all have measurements included so you don't have to rely on letter sizes that vary from brand to brand. This is to ensure that you get the right size for you since we can't accept returns or exchanges for health and safely reasons.
**Rush orders MUST be agreed to prior to ordering, simply adding your deadline in the order is not something that I can promise to meet as there are lots of orders in line at all times**

Sizing details
Please be sure to measure yourself before purchasing as I will be making your item custom for you in the size you choose. My sizes are in inches so there is no confusion for actual fit. If you need help with sizing or a different size than I have listed please contact me for help with a personal custom listing.
Gift wrapping and packaging
At this time I am not able to offer gift wrapping options. I package all items safely for shipping and do not include price/invoices in the package, making it safe for gifting purposes. Invoices can be found in your Etsy/email/paypal/other payment.
Custom orders
I am always able to make things in a different size for you, please ask before making a purchase so that I can make a custom listing. I do accept full custom orders when time allows.
Returns/exchanges for booty shorts and bikinis.
I'm sorry but these are considered intimates and I will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges on any of these items at any time. Please be sure to measure yourself before purchasing, I can always help with sizing questions if you need it and I am happy to make a custom size for you if you feel that the basic sizes don't work for you.
Order updates
Once you place an order you will get the confirmation notice. When your item ships you will get another email with a tracking number or shipping into (depending on location and shipping method you chose). There will be no updates during the time I process and create your order unless I have a question for you. Once I get to your order in line I make it all in one sitting then pack it up and mail it so there are no updates to offer. I need the time to create your item rather than answer update emails all day long. Thank you for being patient while I work on yours and other orders.
