Refunds and exchanges are accepted four (4) days after you have received your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy with your product, please contact us within 4 days to discuss, exchange or return. Return items must be unused in new condition. Please include your receipt. Refunds will be minus fees and shipping will be at your cost. Refunds will be issued upon arrival of item in satisfactory condition.

Credit Cards through Etsy and PayPal. We make every effort to ship quickly once payment is confirmed.

Products will be shipped 3 - 10 business days after the date payment is received, First Class with a delivery confirmation number. Each shipment will be followed up with transaction information and a tracking number. Buyer can contact me for other shipping possibilities. Once package has been shipped, I am no longer liable for lost or damaged goods. Buyer can purchase insurance for their package, just need to communicate prior to the transaction and I will adjust the listing.

Shipping fees pay for many things: postage, delivery confirmation, packaging and time at the Post Office, etc.

We like to use clean recycled boxes and packing material. Let us know if that's a problem.

What type of wood do you use?
Baltic Birch, a plywood made from fast growing Birch trees in the Baltic region of Europe. It’s a high quality product with few surface defects that’s valued for its warm color, strength and durability. Each layer of ply is a birch veneer which makes the core an attractive design feature. In a nutshell, Baltic Birch is strong enough to be used in construction, but attractive enough for furniture designers to show off the layers as a decorative feature of the natural wood.

Is Baltic Birch like balsa wood? No, not at all. Not one bit!

Is Baltic Birch truly sustainable? Well, it has been certified by both the FSC (Forest Steward Council) and CARB (California Air Resources Board). This assures that the trees were legally harvested and that the bonding glue has no formaldehyde in it. And it is wood, which means it isn’t a paper product and it will last a long, long time. What else makes your products deserving of the “sustainable” description?
No nails, no glue. No manufacture and shipping of nails and glue. It’s a simple product with multiple uses that will last a long time.

How difficult is it to put together (if shipped flat)?
Not hard at all! We include instructions that describe how to put the pieces of the puzzle together in both pictures and words. I can do it so I know that you can too!
How about taking it apart? Not difficult either. However the totes are not really made to be taken apart after every use. They are made to stay assembled, ready to use at the drop of a hat.

What about the Irish Yew?
Irish Yew is a classic and ancient tree often planted in graveyards and around churches. It’s also known as Churchyard Yew. It is unique in the colors and patterns and differs from other yew varieties. There is a lot of lore regarding the yew tree, some of which we mention in our descriptions. We think it’s fun stuff and is as true as you believe it to be!
