Our goal is to make you happy. We like to have a personal relationship with our customers, so if you have any issues with your order, please contact us immediately so we can discuss the option of a full refund (exclusive of shipping charges) or exchange for another item.
Refunds or exchange must be made within 7 days upon date of receipt of the purchased item. All refunds and exchanged items must be returned in their original and unused condition. Custom made items are not refundable.

All orders will be packed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders paid by money order will be shipped once payment is received.
