Accepted payment methods

Payment
PayPal, Personal Check or Cashiers Check.
Please understand that there will be a delay before your items are sent to you if you pay by check.
I do not recommend Money Orders, but will accept them if you insist. If a MO gets lost in the mail you have to eat the charge because most MO companies will not refund a lost MO unless it is over $500.

Please be patient if you are paying by a Paypal bank transfer/echeck. It can take up to 5 days to clear before I will ship your merchandise. Paypal Credit card payments are instant so items paid for in this manner will be shipped quickly.

Shipping Days
My official shipping days are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Your order will be mailed the closest following shipping day to the day you placed your order.

Payment is expected and appreciated within 5 days of sale unless prior arrangements have been made. After that the sale will be canceled.
Shipping
Some items in my shop do not have international postage as an option. If you wish to have those items shipped international please contact me and I will set up a reserved listing for you.

I combine shipping on multiple items. Everything is shipped USPS US Parcel Post or USPS First-Class Mail® International Package unless otherwise noted. I require insurance on fragile items (which is already calculated into listed shipping cost.). Packing is also including in the quoted shipping cost. I give shipping reimbursements through PayPal if your items end up significantly less (more then $1.00 less) to ship then the original quote at check out.

Priority Mail:
USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate and USPS Priority Mail International are available through the PayPal portion of checkout for small items only. These are items that can be easily packed into the USPS priority mail envelopes and small boxes.
Glass and ceramic items are packed and padded tightly and insured (insurance is reflected in the items shipping cost. This extra care is reflected in the shipping cost.

Other items are well packed so they do not shift in their package and get broken in shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
Full refunds will be given if items are not as described, or damaged in shipping. We will give a refund of the item price less shipping costs within 5 days of receipt. Please ask any nagging questions before purchasing. Remember that we are not responsible for damage or loss to your item by the post office once it is shipped. Insurance is recommended for your protection and peace of mind.

I will accept returns only if the item is damaged in shipping or the item you ordered does not fit properly (in the case of Jewelry and clothing). But you must pay to ship the item back to me
I do my best to take accurate pictures and give very accurate descriptions. So if you have any qualms about an item please e-mail me for more information before purchasing so you know everything possible about the piece before purchasing.

I will accept custom orders providing I have the items available to duplicate or create the piece you want.
I may substitute other materials but will clear it with you before doing so.
