1 out of 5 starsI haven't received this. When I messaged the owner she eventually wrote me back and I understand the delay but I asked if my orders couldn't go out by the end of February then I wanted a refund. I've not heard back.

1 out of 5 starsI haven't received this or the other item I ordered from her. After inquiring about my order, she eventually responded and explained the delay. I replied back and haven't heard anything. I would like a refund on my items, please.

Custom Made and/or Personalized items cannot be cancelled or refunded after 24 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel the purchase of an in-stock item within 24 hours of making the purchase, and the item has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately for refund info. There is a 25% restocking charge on ALL cancelled sales.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return any item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact us in advance to make sure your purchase quailfies for a return. Once the item(s) are returned to us in good condition, a refund will be processed within 7 business days, less the restocking fee. We reserve the right to deny any return.
