WORLDWIDE SHIPPING IS WELCOME If no shipping fee is given, I can give you a firm quote. When there is international interest in an item, I will revise the listing with that quote. Contact me with a convo.
CUSTOMS FEES: You are responsible to pay your customs fees. Purchases are not gifts.
INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES: Once your order leaves me it may take 2-5 weeks for delivery depending on your location and your country's customs system. The customs form will reflect the purchase price.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING or INSURANCE contact me with a convo BEFORE PURCHASE, and I will revise the listing to meet your needs.
Refunds and Exchanges
There are no refunds.

That being said, a refund will be considered ONLY if item is substantially different from the description and photos. Photos are a part of the description. View them for signs of wear and damage.

Most of my items are antique or vintage so naturally are often NOT going to be in perfectly new condition. I take pains to describe faults. Therefore items cannot be returned for those faults/wear. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges are not refunded. No partial refunds. Full refund of item price once it is returned. Item must be returned in the condition it was sent to you.

Damaged/lost in must fully cooperate with filing a claim with the post office or shipper, and you will be refunded once the claim is finalized.

Can I get reduced shipping fees?

There are two basic ways to reduce shipping fees. One is to let me know your zip code. If you are closer to me than the zip code I use for my estimates, it is possible to reduce the shipping fees. First class mail goes by weight only, not distance, so it would be possible to to reduce fees on say, a lot of buttons or a postcard only in rare occasions.

The other way would be to bundle purchases. If you were buying more than one postcard or more than one lot of buttons, shipping fees could probably be reduced. Buying something fairly light, (like an elf), with something more substantial, (like an enamel bowl), the two might combine with reduced fees.

I have years of experience shipping many types of items. My failure rate is a fraction of 1% -- and I have learned from my mistakes. I use industry standards to pack postcards, records, and fragile items.
