Thanks so much for supporting my pottery and buying handmade. I absolutely LOVE what I do, and it would not be possible without people like you!

Why two shops?
Many people ask me this. I have two Etsy shops because I feel that my products are different in each one. It give me a chance to focus one shop of personalized items, and the other on my original creations.

Returns and exchanges
Damaged items: I spend a lot of time packaging and double boxing items to ensure they'll arrive in one piece. If for some reason you receive a damaged item, please keep the piece including packaging so I can make a USPS insurance claim. I will replace the item free of charge including shipping costs.

Refunds/Exchanges:
In Stock items (items that are not custom orders) My pottery is all handmade and unique. Sometimes there are inconsistencies in forms and glazes, which most feel adds to the beauty of the piece. I try very hard to give an accurate description and photo of each piece. If you are unhappy with your item due to misrepresentation, I will gladly refund the cost of the item upon return. I'm sorry, but I cannot pay for return shipping. I do not do exchanges.
Payment
I accept PayPal only.
Payment is due at time of purchase. I will typically send out a reminder if you forget to pay, but after 48 hours, I will cancel the sale and relist the item.
Shipping
Items that are in stock, are shipped out within 3 business days via USPS Priority 2-3 Day Service. If I am out of town, there will be a notice on the front page of my shop indicating when orders will ship. Custom orders typically take 3-6 weeks to complete. I will notify you when the item is finished and ready to ship.

I do ship internationally. Please convo me for a price quote.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom Orders:
Since I cannot resell most custom orders, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges. In a case of a wrong order - like the wrong color, etc, I will replace the item at no cost to you. Small variances in color such as "a little more green than you expected" are normal in handmade, unique pieces.
