Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
We can customize anything you order from our shop. If you see an item that doesn't specifically say it can be customized- just send us a message and we are certain we can work it out for you.
We will send you a draft design of your customized item AFTER you purchase the item and upon request. Mugs are printed on BOTH sides so you may customize one or BOTH sides. Shirts can be printed on one side or BOTH sides as well. Tumblers are one side print only.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time. We can send you a "gift card" for you to email your gift recipient ahead of it's mail arrival. Just let us know.
Wholesale availability
Yes we can provide you with wholesale items for your retail store. Send us a message and let's see what we can work out for you. We have a 10 piece minimum for Bulk/Wholesale discounted pricing and can ship Free.
When will my order arrive?
Mugs will take 5-7 Business Days to process plus shipping time. Shipping times are very long right now and inconsistent. Priority Ship will NOT speed up processing. You may order Priority Ship Upgrade if needed for expedited USPS Shipping. But we cannot be held responsible for any carrier delays. Please place your order in plenty of time to avoid Holiday rushes at the Post Office. We use both DHL and USPS.

You can attach a CLEAR photograph at Etsy convo during the check out process OR you can email it to us at Muggertrucker@hotmail.com
Do we accept cancellations?
We do not accept cancellations or give refunds as each item is made to order for you. We also do not accept returns. We are happy to replace your item for free if the item arrives damaged or is defective or if you receive the wrong item. We do require photos of damaged or defective products before we can send a replacement. IF you enter the wrong address on your order, and it either gets returned to the warehouse or delivered to the wrong address, we will not replace the item.
